    Sandy Arts Guild

The Sandy Arts Guild, the main sponsor of the American West Symphony, was founded in 1985. The Sandy Arts Guild is the city's 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization dedicated to providing residents with the opportunity to participate in diverse, high quality cultural arts programs. The Guild also programs the Sandy Amphitheater summer concert season.

  • Sandy City

    Sandy City

The members of the American West Symphony and Chorus of Sandy City wish to thank the law-makers and residents of Sandy City for their continued support of the arts. Without the support of local municipalities, the American West Symphony of Sandy City and other similar organizations would not exist.

  • Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts, and Parks

    Zoo Arts and Parks

The members of the American West Symphony and Chorus of Sandy City wish to thank the voters of Salt Lake County for their support of the Zoo, Arts & Parks program. One-tenth of one percent of the Salt Lake County sales tax goes to support local cultural, botanical, and zoological organizations. This funding has not only stabilized many of Salt Lake's cultural organizations, but has also funded the construction of new recreational facilities, and improved walking trails. ZAP funding helps to provide "free" days, free concerts, reduce ticket prices for students, and provide in-school programs for children in grades kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Special Thanks

The American West Symphony and Chorus of Sandy wishes to thank our musicians, singers, board members, symphony staff, and volunteers for their time and energy that makes the AWSC a huge success. This concert season would not have been possible without the following people, along with all of our devoted volunteers.
